Trail Name: Rocky Neck State Park

Trail Conditions: Snowy, heavy foot traffic, bumpy
Observations/Information: Too many dog walker at the upper lot so I actually drove in to the beach parking lot. LOTs of people around. Many XC skiers. Did see a set of tracks that looked like a bike, but the tread was more like a car tire.. never seen a snow bike with that tread width even in Fat Bikes
