TM Report: Cockaponset SF / Weber Woods

Before

After

Date of Activity: October 17th
Location: Cockaponset SF/Weber Woods
Condition of Trail(s): Pretty dry with small blow down and leaves
Observations: There have been two trees down across the trail off the intersection of the upper east green and yellow for some time; I drove up the dirt road, parked at the green trailhead, and hiked out to the two locations with my pack, cleaning up the trail as I went; the larger of the two lay in a moist area and had its bottom portion soft and rotted which pinched my saw a couple of times, but no big problem; rolling the large chunks off the trail was the real fun; the smaller one was on a dry stretch and caused no issues; packed up and hiked back out enjoying the beautiful weather.
