Observations: Hiked out blue trail to the black diamond trail to various areas that pooled water because of leaf fall and branches, raked out areas to permit water to flow and hopefully dry out those sections of trail. Hiked all 2 miles of that trail and cleared branches and raked areas where the trail was undetectable. Came across a drainage pipe from an adjacent road that is cutting into the entire hillside from the extreme waterflow and at one point crosses the blue trail and about 20 feet across of water and mud. I am going to bring this up with the WCC to make sure that that pipe is permitted to drain on the Wilton Woods property.
