March Meeting
We're having our early spring meeting Wednesday March 2nd 6PM at CFPA Headquarters 16 Meriden Rd (Rt. 66) in Rockfall (Middlefield). We'll ride before at Wadsworth Falls State Park Rt. 157 in Middletown. Ride starts at 4PM. If you can't make it by 4 let us know and we'll come back to the lot to pick you up. Come, ride, eat pizza, and share your ideas.

We're having our September board meeting on Wednesday 9/2 at CFPA HQ 16 Meriden Rd (Rt. 66) in Rockfall (Middlefield). We're riding before at River Highlands State Park, 109 Field Rd Cromwell. Ride starts at 5 but we'll come back for stragglers at 5:30. Current and future members are welcome to attend.

Chapter Meeting (And Ride)
The monthly meeting of Central CT NEMBA will be held Wednesday, May 13, 2015, 7:00 PM at the CT Forest & Parks Association building at 16 Meriden Road, Rockfall (Middletown). We will be discussing rides and events for the upcoming season.
Pre-meeting ride will be 5:30 PM at River Highlands State Park, Cromwell.

Wadsworth Falls SP

Trail Name: Wadsworth Falls SP
Town: Middletown, CT
Trail Conditions: Nice and dry
Observations/Information: For the most part, trails at Wadsworth are in excellent condition. There is a sizable tree down on the yellow trail creating a Cyclocross barrier that you have to dismount and carry your bike over and one muddy section up on the red trail after the turn off to the Gravity Cavity connector trail.
Also, there is boocoo Poison Ivy, everywhere, especially lining the trails. On the way out we ran into one of the park rangers and told him about the tree being down and poison ivy.
