Under a bright blue October sky, riders from across Connecticut and around New England gathered at Gay City State Park in Hebron for Fall Fiesta 2014, the Central Connecticut Chapter’s annual gathering on October 12, 2014. Fifty-four set out to ride two marked loops—beginner and intermediate—and enjoy the park in its beautiful fall foliage splendor on one of many led rides, or on their own. Eight took the opportunity to renew their NEMBA memberships (including two families), while we also gained a new member. (Welcome!) Many stayed for the post-ride luncheon, swag raffle (many thanks to Cycling Concepts), and to meet the incoming CCT NEMBA board officers.
