Ansonia's 3rd Annual Pierre Lallement Festival of Bikes

Sunday May 4, Main Street, Ansonia to celebrate the invention of the bicycle. Food, fun, music and bikes from 10:30 am - 3 pm.  Might be a good outreach opportunity.

I rode out to it - the New Haven riders came in sometime after eleven, and all assembled rode as a body up East Main, then back down Main Street to Veterans' Memorial Park.  Presentation by Judy Nicolari of the Cultural Commission (a family friend for many years - it was nice to see her again) with several guest speakers and a proclamation by Mayor Cassetti.

Griffin Hospital handed out helmets to children and BMX guys did a stunt demo.

I wore my TA jersey, and managed to strike up a few conversations about NEMBA.
