Trail Name: Bluff Point State Park
Town: Groton
Trail Conditions: Mostly good, a couple wet spots
Observations/Information: Went for a spin at Bluff Point to map a GPS track for the MBAS in August. Not nearly as busy as I expected, I guess the windy conditions kept people at home. Still I encountered a few hikers and some other bikers. Trails for the most part are in good shape. A couple expected wet spots from the recent rain. Almost June and the trails are still mostly clear from overgrowth, I guess we did a good job last summer. Cleared a downed limb during the ride and then circled back to clear a few places that were passable but needed opening up.
