TA Report: West Hartford Reservoir

Trail Name: West Hartford Reservoir
Town: West Hartford, CT

Trail Conditions: Moist, but not in deleterious way
Observations/Information: Rode through the Reservoir late afternoon. Saw maybe four mountain bikers and six or so runners. The undergrowth is making the trails look narrow, hopefully that'll keep up and a return to singletrack will grace us all.

Also, I took some pictures of the jerk who through all his yard waste into the trail along the eastern fence line. I need to figure out where he lives so that I can report him. I also need to continue to fight the urge to throw everything back in his yard.
