Observations/Information: Thank you to all who have served or are serving to protect our country. Memorial Day (Weekend) gave us perfect weather for riding CT trails. Hop River was extremely busy with traffic...joggers, bikers, and horses. Forest foliage has popped! However, trail edges have some pretty tall grass. That grass hides ruts & ditches which are dangerous, BE CAREFUL when passing. I stopped (near RT 316) to assist a rider who needed to "patch a tube". Great riding!
