What better way to celebrate Earth Day than to attend trail school? Not sure what it is all about? Find all about designing , building, and maintaining sustainable shared use trails , or in other words, sweet single track!

Full day course on designing, building, and maintaining sustainable shared use trails. Morning classroom, afternoon trail work, and a ride after. No fee, lunch is included. For the first 15 folks to register, a "Trail Solutions" book (a $30) value. Course qualifies you to become a trail boss and/or trail ambassador ( as long as you are a member).

The morning will be a classroom session with break outs and time for individual questions, then we'll have lunch , and head out to the woods in the afternoon to get hands on experience. Some of the topics include working with land managers, working with groups of volunteers, tool safety, etc. I do ask that if you plan to attend, I need you to preregister, and to let me know if your plans change, due to space and lunch and books etc. This class is very popular and usually fills up with a wait list. You should receive an acknowledgement that I have received your registration. I will send out more information closer to the time of the class with any pertinent details.
