Trail Name: Shenipsit SF/ Soapstone

Trail Conditions: predominately dry, low areas wet/muddy
Observations/Information: Early ride - conditions excellent. Not as busy as I expected given the spectacular day. Came across several MTB groups. Light hiker traffic. 2 motorcycles on outer trails. Assisted walker with trail directions. Fair sized blowdown hung up at chest level across blue trail about 1/4 mi south of Sikes Rd. Too large for folding saw. Need to bring in bow saw to take down.
