Observations: Hiked out to Serpentine, White and Black Diamond to take care of some issues.  Closed again for the 6th time a cut through trail from the white to black diamond, and setup a hidden game camera to see who keeps opening this section.  Also added some rock armoring to Serpentine on an area that was starting to show signs of erosion.
