TA Report: Grayville 6/17

Date of Activity: 6/17/10
Location: Grayville/Salmon River State Forest
Trail Ambassador Name: William Czaja and John Czaja
Condition of Trails(s): nice harpack with only a few tacky mud spots

Observations: Actually quite busy out on the trails. Ran into the Pratt and Blacksheep Squadren groups as well as others. Decided to take some of the older less ridden grayville trails to see how they are doing. A lot of the lower ones on the north end by the stream are overgrown with brush on each side. A few larger trees down as well and were all too big to clear with my handsaw expect for two which I cleared. Lots of big oak trees and large limbs have been falling in grayville over the past year.
