Observations: Everything above/away from the river was good, riverside trails aren't in condition for riding. Other trails looked good, re-routes looked good as well. Swamp Trail has a 10 foot muddy section, might be possible to armor and deberm to get water out; Pine Hill Rd between Oak Trail and New Trail has a muddy section, also, needs armoring, or a drainage solution similar to Pine Hill Rd/Inner Rd junction.
