Observations: Poly Brody was pretty soft and if it wasn't soft, there were plenty of frost heaves. The Gussy, however, was bone dry and perfect for riding. Now that's a sustainable trail! The wet spot (seen below), while there was standing water it still wasn't muddy due to the excellent armoring work of John Wilkins and Chip McClellan a few years ago.
