Observations: Ryan and Kyaiera Tucker and myself decided to head out to fix the drainage pipe for once and for all. Someone pulled up the drainage pipe on the new trail (4th time) and tossed it along side the trail. This time we buried it so the top of the pipe is 6 inces below grade.
