Observations: Finally started one of the 4 approved projects at the park. It took a couple of months to get a Trail Ambassador program going, but finally met with the land manager last month and hiked around reviewing my project plan. Next Trail Maintenance day is Saturday, May 9th at 9AM to Noon, meeting at the Branch Brook Parking Lot.
Removed small rotten 3 ft bridge on blue right, near parking lot, and replaced with stone armoring. Chatted with some hikers who thanked me for the work I was doing and ask who maintains the place and wanted to donate money. Also picked up all the garbage in and or around the parking lot.
