TA Report: Kellog State Park

Condition of trails: if you don't know the park - you will get lost.
Observations: attached to ospournedale, kellog is in tough shape, but nature trails are better. we ran info a man and his son in need of water that we transferred to their soda bottles from our backpacks. We talked to them briefly about water over soda on a hot day.
