TA Report: River Highlands State Park

Date: 8/8/2012
Trail Name: River Highlands State Park

Town: Cromwell, CT
Trail Conditions: Dry

Observations/Information: The Chapter Meeting ride was very well attended this evening at the Blow Hole. Glenn led, but I arrived late but met up with them along the way. Together, we rode the new Sidewinder Trail, which is akin to the one at Kingdom Trails, just not as big.

We also rode the yellow trail which took over the REI and NRG Reroutes down to the Park's former namesake and zero elevation view of the Connecticut River.

From there, it was back up the ravine and a loop along the green trail to the other overlook and then back to parking lot.
