Report Type: TM Report:
Trail Name: Bluff Point State Park
Town: Groton
Trail Conditions: A little less overgrown
Observations/Information: We're getting there. You could probably ride the Bluff without donating too much blood now. Just as I thought I would be on my own this morning, Young from Avon noticed my bright orange CT NEMBA shirt and came over to say he was there to help. So we hoofed it out the park road almost to the bluff and started working our way back toward the field. Picking up where Thom had left off with his gas trimmer. We passed thru the field and started up again on the other side. Eventually the humidity and a blister or two took their toll and we called it quits for the day. Just a couple sections to go and Bluff Point will be in great shape for MBAS.

If I knew this was going on I woulda helped to clean the trails. Been wanting to clean them out forever but people have told me people are not allowed to touch/modify bluff point at all..
Next time, we'll post up TM Schedule. The Bluff Point Adventure was such a success I hope to get regularly scheduled TM sessions in the future.
