Observations/Information: Rick and I met at 7 AM at the Echo Valley and hiked in to the Trail Reloc. We finished benching the section from the technical crossing to the tree.

Then we worked on the other end benching as much as we could and then making a rock feature because it was really rocky.
We ran into this guy named Scott who said he rides the trail a lot, too. He was walking his dogs. He said he was the one that opened that big Oak Blowdown and it was not the State. I thanked him for his work.
