The bridge that connects all three ponds will be out of service October 10th through the 14th while Nate Hale and his crew from the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection work to rebuild it. I am told that the new bridge will be similar to the one off of the South Pond Carriage Road. There will be warning signs indicating that the bridge is out and you cannot get across. Because this is an actual water crossing you will not be able to get around it and will have to seek an alternate route.
