Observations/Information: West Hartford Res took a beating from the heavy rains ... finger rock road near Kilkenny rock has extreme erosion as do some of the other fire roads. The Res was closed today and may or may not open tomorrow, as they are hoping to get some big trucks working to do the repairs .. making it dangerous for us. Res 6/rout 44 entrance is OPEN .. so that may be a better alternative until the farmington ave Res is reopened.
