Re-Routed around the blowdown near the Wet Spot

Trail Conditions: Jeep Trail (off of Sanford Rd) - 100% open; Upper Gussy Trail 80% open; Poly Brodie Forest Road - 100%.

Observations/Information: Rode to Upper Paugussett with a hydration pack full of hand tools and attacked the blowdowns with fervor.  Got just about everything cleared except for the big one to the Gussy Trail between the Wet Spot and the stream crossings.  Need to re-route the trail here and waiting to hear back from the State on whether they want a formal proposal.
