Observations/Information: REI sponsored event to repair damage from floods last month. The rail trail section we worked on was paved, but in 3 sections had enormous amount of gravel/Trap rock was onto it about 4-6" deep from the adjacent power company lot. We used a wheel barrel and moved all the gravel back.
