TA Report: Paugussett State Forest

Date of Activity: 8/17/2010
Trail Conditions: Very good. Slightly wet.
Observations: Trails were slightly wet from the last night's rain, but the Gussy drains so well that it was very rideable. No other riders out this morning, but it was a beautiful morning to be out in the forest. There was a tree down right before the newest large blow down right before the roller. The tree was about 10-12" wide and just the perfect height for a new up-and-over. So I gathered up some logs and a medium size rock and created an up-and-over. It may need some reinforcements but rides real smooth. I also cleaned up the third creek crossing by moving a couple rocks back to their originally intended positions.
