Encounters and Observations: pretty dry trails, lots of branches and sticks from winds; rain caused a lot of washouts and loose rock; one large blow-down across Muck Rock Road section with detour activity occurring (I need to get out there with chainsaw); ATV usage evident in many areas; I am printing and stuffing the kiosk box (RT. 145 lot) with maps each week to aid trail users.
