Location: Bennett's Pond/Pine Mountain
Trail(s) Ridden: Green, White, Blue, Yellow, Ives Trail
How did you use the trail: Mountain Biking
What was the time of day: Afternoon
Duration (Hours): 2
Distance (Miles): 14

Observations: I haven't been to Bennett's Pond in a while, and I noticed lots of fresh new blazes on all the trails. Of course, I still got lost like I always do here and ended up going around in circles before getting my bearings. Encountered some friendly hikers along the way, and lots of unleashed dogs. The trails are in good shape except for two big muddy spots near the pond on the White trail. There are reroutes around both spots, but lots of tire tracks through the mud widening the trail. I also cleared a pile of fallen branches blocking the trail just before the White trail meets the Blue. There are a couple of big blow-downs on the Ives Trail coming down toward the pond and the trail has been rerouted around them.
