Met with the Land Manager on Friday at Trumbull to discuss some enhancements and changes to the trails at Trumbull. Over all, he was very receptive to the whole idea. The major changes that we are going to propose will require submissions through the state. Fixes and minor stuff we'll be able to accomplish on our own.
We walked with Jim for two hours and talked about bridges, trail reroutes, new trails, and enhancements along the way, all of which he was really receptive of. In the coming months good things will be happening to Trumbull.
There were many hikers out.
