Condition of Trail(s): Perfect winter riding conditions. A couple of inches of snow, with very little ice. I stopped to remove some brush in the trail, but other than that the trail is in excellent shape- no frost heaves, no frozen mud.

Observations: When I designed the trail, I tried to provide a change from the green tunnel, and popping out across the power line gives the trail some variety. I did come quite close to a property corner, but that corner is not near a house.
